Target group
This training is meant for beginning technical application controllers of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations software who need to ensure their users that the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations software functions without problems, that the performance of the system is good and that everything is guarded. This course is also very applicable for technical consultants.
Description
In this course the basic control tasks for a Microsoft Dynamics AX system are discussed. The management of the services, the setting up and controlling of batch jobs is looked at. Other subjects are Document Management, workflow and exporting and importing of data. Guarding through database logging and possibilities for tracing are reviewed. Besides handling of the theory, in this course the self-reliance is important.
Prerequisites
The level of course Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Tools 1 (DO-XT1) is necessary and preferably any practical experience.
