Target group

This course is intended for (junior) application administrators and system administrators who want to have a fundamental understanding of the technical background of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations-software.

Description

This training covers basic technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO in order to manage a Dynamics 365 FO-environment. This course is a prerequisite for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Technical Application Management (DO-XSA).

Prerequisites

Basic knowledge of using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (DO-INT).

• Create users.
• Setting up user authorization, modifying existing security structures.
• Preparing the initial company information: addresses, numbering, licensing / configuration.
