ID’Flor is a Belgian pot plant company that grows different pot plants like Clivia, Azal

ea and Rhododendron. ID’Flor is part of the Floré group. The company consists of four production sites and one central platform for distribution.

ID’Flor is a customer of Mprise Agriware for over six years now. In March 2015, ID’Flor decided to migrate to the Role Tailored Client version of Agriware,  the horticulture software of Mprise Agriware based on Microsoft Dynamics. ID’Flor uses Agriware for supporting its daily sales- and production processes. The goal is to update to version 2016 of Agriware later this month in order to stay connected to the latest product development.

Bart Kersschot, manager of ID’Flor, is happy with the new policy which started last year. “ID’Flor has an enormous growing ambition and wants to develop new plant varieties. We offer our customers many logistic services like short delivery times, low minimum order quantities per product and customer specific packaging and finishing off.

The particular horticulture production and sales software provides us insight information and the possibility to control our processes. This strengthens our position and makes us more competitive. Due to the correctness of information Agriware provides, we control and manage our processes better and reinforce our partnership with our customers.“

“We highly appreciate that Mprise Agriware is part of a reliable and robust organisation like Mprise. It offers both stability and scalability which is a primary condition for a long term partnership. The project approach of Mprise leads to a broad acceptance of the software in our organization. The used methodology is well structured and assumes shared interests and efforts. That is fruitful. The employees of ID’Flor are enthusiastic about the rich functionality of the software; the whole organisation supports Agriware. There were some sceptics beforehand, but those disappeared. The software is now fully accepted.”

“We are currently busy optimizing our processes. We would like to add more production locations into Agriware and use the CRM module more intensive. Together with our customers we investigate the wishes of their customers. For instance why does a customer choose a particular product and can we cooperate in presenting our products in shops? With the use of available data in the Agriware database, we can predict future demand in detail.  Then, the process of product delivery can be optimised. That’s our goal at ID’Flor. Agriware helps us to achieve this. “
