Everyone who works with Dynamics365 in the role of Sales, Marketing or Service employee or prepare for the role of Functional or Technical Consultant.

Description
This course provides information on the basic concepts of Microsoft Dynamics365 for Sales and Customer Services. It provides an overview of information about application navigation, setting up Accounts, Contacts and Activities, using the Sales and Customer Service processes within Microsoft Dynamics365, and how to use data imports and exports from Microsoft Excel. It also discusses how to use Advanced Find, create custom Views and how Charts and Dashboards can be used to present and analyze data.

This course is considered as prerequisite for attending other Dynamics365 Application courses such as Sales Management or Application Management.

Prerequisites
Some basic experience using Windows applications and knowledge of basic Sales, Marketing and Customer Service roles in a business.
