The Agriware 365 Operations - Work application lets you manage your work floor.

During the planting, potting, moving, and delivering of plants, crop maintenance, and many other things, there is always a lot going on. Most of the work is planned in Agriware 365 Business Central, but that only tells you what to do on a particular day. In order to ensure the work is done efficiently and properly, you need to organize the work floor correctly. That’s where Agriware 365 Operations comes in.

Operations is not just an app, it’s a work floor application that allows you to manage the work to be done. In addition to Job Work Orders, there are crop treatments, picking (for delivery), packing and loading, and indirect activities such as cleaning and pruning.

Using the work app, your site manager can divide tasks among the available teams and track their progress. It's easy for team leaders or individuals to register what they do in an app and have direct insight into their tasks.

Some examples of supported processes

  1. Team planning: manage teams (team size / named team members) with their capacity and skills. All types of work should be assigned to the team, based on skills and capacity.
  2. Work Registration by Team Lead: Team leads should register their teams. A list of 'My work items' shows what needs to be done in what order. In the app, time (start/stop) and results are registered directly.
  3. Work Registration by operation: Forklift drivers or sowing machine operators have their own to-do lists and register their results.
  4. Multiple people working on an activity: There are many activities that require multiple actions, performed by different people or teams. Sowing activities, for example, require a person to sow (register the sown quantity and batch number) and a forklift driver to place the trays in the greenhouse (register where the trays go).
  5. Ad-hoc registration: record movements, scrap, and number of deliverables
