The Challenge

Data organization is lacking, and collection from greenhouse operations is not conducted.

The Journey

Agriware Implementation team started with modern space planning and organizing data

The Result

Great foundation for further growth using mobile apps on the workfloor to track labor

Plant nursery Plantfort in Mexico has implemented Microsoft-based Agriware ERP in recent months. Taking their pursuit of excellence to an even higher level, with a system that gives them insight in all business processes, starting with space planning and organizing data real-time. Daniel Piz Estrada (on the photo on left side) is the Agriware business consultant on the project. Time to have a chat!

"At the moment, we are in the analysis phase of the project. Some key users are already working with the system in the sessions and we get the chance to analyse the business processes at Plantfort and see how Agriware can support them in an optimal way."

Research, development and state-of-the-art technology

With a philosophy guided by research, development and state-of-the-art technology, Plantfort knows how to deliver the best quality to their customers. Mprise Agriware is thrilled to be able to help Plantfort to take the next steps towards their goals. With Agriware, the first goal is to have more insights in space planning and organizing data real-time.

Daniel: "Organizing data in real time, having immediate access to what is happening in the greenhouses is an important reason for Plantfort to start the Agriware 365 implementation. Having a better overview of the plant distribution to make sure that the available space is used in an optimal way."
A motivated team, eager to start

Now that Mprise Agriware has a team in Mexico as well, help and support in the process are never far and the service desk is available in the right time zone as well. This makes it a lot easier, for the customers overseas but for Mprise Agriware as well.

While asked how working together has been so far, Daniel answers: "The Plantfort team is very motivated, collaborative and eager to start. So we had a good kick off of the project, also thanks to Juan Manuel Torres Garay, the general manager at Plantfort. I am the business consultant for this project and my colleague Mariam Ruiz Sánchez (on the photo on the right) will be the implementation consultant."

Plans for the future

What are the plans for the future at Plantfort? "The use of apps to track labor is important", says Daniel. "Apart from that; the use of analytics to have a better understanding of the data, and to have a better overview of their production with insights that will make a difference."
