C/Side Introduction in Dynamics 365 Business Central

Target group
Developers and (technical) consultants. This course is only suitable for Business Central on premise and the version of spring 2019 (14) or earlier.

Description
The aim of this training is to gain the basic knowledge of the objects in the C/SIDE environment (like tables, forms, reports) and C/AL (C/SIDE Application Language), so that the participant is capable to process changes and expansions in the Business Centralsoftware.
Between the 3 days of this training course are several days. The trainee is considered to perform the given exercises. This will take a considerable amount of time (4-8 hours).

Prerequisites
The level of the training Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Introduction (BC-INT) is necessary foreknowledge.

Content
 Microsoft Dynamics NAV Development Environment;
 C/AL programming;
 Microsoft Dynamics NAV Objects:
- Tables;
- Pages;
- Reports;
- XML ports;
- Code Units;
- Queries;

Through means of practice and cases, this knowledge is extensively brought into practice.

"The trainer is very skilled and has a lot of knowledge of Dynamics NAV, both current and previous versions and the differences between them. In my opinion the course has an excellent structure, with the trainer giving a lot of explanations, with breaks in between to let it sink in. In addition, there is plenty of opportunity to sit at the controls to immediately put the newly acquired knowledge into practice. The pace of the course is fine, especially for beginners who have never seen the development environment before."
