Target group
Application controllers and/or core users that are responsible for the adjusting of existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central reports, or creating new reports. In this course the Business Central Development Environment (on-premise and version 14 or earlier) or Visual Studio Code will be used, and also the Report Builder and Word. This course is intended for on-premise and for cloud environments.

And how do I insert a new report into the menu of a page?
How can I sort data?
Adding a logo, how does this work?
These subjects are covered in the course “Reports in Business Central”.
We use the Object Designer (on-premise and version 14 or earlier) or Visual Studio Code to create/modify a data set and the (SQL Server) Report Builder to adjust an RDLC layout or Word to adjust a Word-layout.
Besides discussing theory, we will mainly practice.


Prerequisites
The course Report layout in RDLC, Word and Excel in Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC-RPB) is necessary as foreknowledge.
