After completing this e-learning, the participant will have sufficient skills to participate in the follow-up trainings.

No specific Preliminary Knowledge is required. 

Setup

This e-learning course consists of four course sections. Each course section consists of a number of chapters. This modular format allows you to go through the material at your own pace, where you can also choose the order in which you go through the chapters. These chapters have a practical approach; each chapter consists of three parts: a demonstration, an exercise and a test.

Contents

The e-learning consists of 4 main parts:

Part 1: The basics of navigation; a first introduction to the user interface.
Part 2: The screens; the structure and use of the main screens is explained.
Part 3: My NAV; the use of the Role Center and how to personalize NAV are discussed.
Part 4: Extracting information; the way information is retrieved (using filters for example) is explained in this part.

Duration of the course

The e-learning is modular in design and consists of 10-20 minute sections. The total duration is approximately 1 ... 2 day parts.
