Description
Attention is paid to planning concepts, preconditions and settings for master planning, master plan, forecast planning, requirement planning groups, item requirement planning and the effect of intercompany and multi-site operations on master planning. It also considers the relationships between module Master Planning and the other modules.
The course includes discussion, review of the course material and practice to independently expand your knowledge related to Master Planning. The course only deals with the Discrete Manufacturing sub-area and not with Lean, Process and/or Projects. Separate courses are available for these.
