Description

The purpose of this course is to give you an understanding of how to perform and set up the basic processes within trading and inventory management.

The course focuses on the execution of tasks within the trade processes, but also extensively discusses the design choices that can be made. Always the link is made to the related processes.

After getting acquainted with the purchasing and sales processes, the course goes into detail about the design of these processes. This includes learning how to set up the supply chain (sites/warehouses), how to define articles (including all design choices) and how to set up customer relationship management.

We then go through the basic processes in detail: purchase order management, sales order management and inventory management (transfers and journaling) are explained.

The course is taught by highly experienced trainers. The days are arranged in a varied way: on the basis of interactive cooperation with the participants, the theory is explained, the system is demonstrated and you are given the space to apply the knowledge gained in the system.

The knowledge gained forms a solid basis, also for the additional in-depth courses.
