Target group

Everyone (management, project group members, administrators, core users) who works/will work with Microsoft Dynamics AX2012.

This course is particularly recommended for participants who are attending 1 of the other AX2012 courses.

Description

This introduction is much more than a 'button course': it provides an overview of AX2012:

  • The underlying logistics and finance concepts are covered (multi-company, multi-site, shared data).
  • The structure of AX2012 is explained (which business functions are supported).
  • The user interface is discussed: how do you work effectively and efficiently with AX2012? What are modules, what is the structure of the screens, etc.
  • How do you manage your business processes using AX2012? In other words: how do you access information, report and analyze data?

Led by an experienced course leader, a solid foundation is laid through explanation, demonstration and exercises: you will have a good understanding of the value, structure and concepts of AX2012 after this course.

Preliminary Knowledge

This course requires only global knowledge of ERP and Windows.
