  • Sales price and discount structure; entering and maintaining prices and discounts.
  • Customer Service Features; replacement items and third party part numbers.
  • Setup and purchase order management; handling capabilities in purchase documents such as quotations, contracts and orders.
  • Purchasing with a Workflow; setting up and configuring a Workflow.
  • Purchase proposals; manage inventory items.
  • Surcharges; calculate costs to customers or pass them on through cost price.  
  • Order promise; when can I promise the goods?
  • Return management for customers and suppliers; control the jumble of documents.

I thought it was a very valuable course. On the one hand I would like to practice more, but I find the theory even more valuable. It is very nice that ERP as a whole has also been explained and that the trainer also indicates objectively what can be done with Dynamics 365 and that you can make your own choices in this.
