They can help with both technical and functional management and with development. The service desk also handles minor change requests, such as modifications to screen layouts and reports. For monitoring the progress, the Service Desk uses an online registration system.
Depending on your requirements, we will agree the service levels in a contract. You can select the contractual form for this that is best aligned to your expectations.
