A related purpose of this course is to prepare participants for the certificate for public sector of AX2012.

Prerequisites:
The level of the course for Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 Finance I (X12-FF1) is required.

• Functionality ledger module: Posting definitions, funds, derived financial dimensions, Distribute line amounts across ledger accounts, Advanced ledger entries.
• Functionality budget module: Budget entry, Budget control, Apportionment budget, Provisional budgets.
• Functionality procurement and sourcing module: Commitment accounting, Unplanned purchases, Duns numbers, Disburse invoice payments.
• Functionality customer module: Billing classifications and codes.
• Functionality project module: Multiple funding sources.
