Description
Objective of the course is to offer the participant a summary of the Retail functionality in Microsoft Dynamics AX2012. During the course different key issues are covered, like setup and management of the organization structure, retail channels, products, prices, stock and Point-Of-Sale (POS).

Also setup and execution of the retail business processes in headquarter and shops are considered.
This course provides a solid base for more detailed knowledge, to be obtained via an additional course or can be integrated in this course on specific demand.

The course uses instructor lead discussion, course material review, and exercises to help the participant to learn using the Retail functionality.

Prerequisites

  • Knowledge at the level of course Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 Supply Chain Foundation (X12-SCF) is required.
  • Knowledge of Retail and Trade & Logistics concepts and processes.
