Description
This trainer lead classroom course provides students with the knowledge and tools to manage and customize the Model driven Sales and Customer Services APP within Dynamics365 CE. The main goal of this training course is to learn and understand how the PowerApp platform tools can be leveraged to create custom objects, modify the user interface, automate tasks, and manage other specific customizations. This course also helps you prepare you for the certification exam Microsoft Dynamics365 Customer Engagement Core. During the 3 days of this course students will be asked to work on a real Customer Case so that they can really experience the benefits of the Dynamics365 PowerApps.

Prerequisites
Completion of the Microsoft Dynamics365 Introduction course (CE-INT), Sales Management (CE-SM) and  optionally Customer Service (CE-CS). It is also recommended that individuals have a basic understanding of Windows administration and relational database functionality.
